STMicroelectronics Acquires Deeplite

As of April 23rd, Deeplite has been acquired by STMicroelectronics. Deeplite provides an AI-Driven Optimizer, Neutrino, to make Deep Neural Networks faster, smaller, and energy-efficient from cloud to edge computing. By acquiring Deeplite, STMicroelectronics is "combining Deeplite's advanced edge AI software solutions with ST's state-of-the-art MCUs and NPUs... [to] offer one of the most advanced edge AI platforms in the world."

STMicroelectronic's acquisition is the next step in making AI accessible and affordable.
